Seniors Fitness: Tailored resistance and strength training for those aged over 65 years.

Young Warriors: Give your child the chance to learn how to defend themselves while getting fitter, stronger & more confident

BoxFit: An interval timed class encorporating the basics of kickboxing with core exercises for a great cardiovascular workout.

Teens Kickboxing: Improve your fitness and learn all about kickboxing, for ages 12 through to 20.

Strength: ​Tone and strengthen  your muscles with weighted resistance exercises in a timed circuit style class.

Cardio: A high intensity interval session using your bodyweight with some light resistance exercises to improve your cardiovascular fitness.

BootCamp: This contains aspects of our box fit, strength and cardio classes to give you a fun workout that works on all areas of your fitness.
