Kate is a co-founder of Kaika Suru karate and is one of our main coaches in our adults karate program.
She has been training karate for 19 years having started for some exercise and because her brother John was interested. She achieved her first dan in Ashihara Karate in 2009 and her second dan in Sabaki Do in 2014. She has competed both nationally and at an oceanic level and placed on the podium. Her main interest is Kata, Weapons and Technique.
